I was a lonely kid, moving often enough that I never really had friends til high school. I found myself watching cartoons and all things animation from a young age because of it (don't worry, i read many books too). Avatar, Naruto, Bleach, How to Train Your dragon. There was even a time as a kid where I was so inspired and loved a movie so much I sent in a letter my mom helped me with and a little drawing essentially saying "X character is lonely, they need a girlfriend". It made me so happy to see they did get that girlfriend, even if it was two movies and several tv series later.
